I never had a problem with them.

They've always been very nice and can usually solve the problem within an hour.

Of course, I only call them when I can give them some info about the problem; i.e., when does it happen?, what happens?, is it something with my computer or is it with the program itself?, how often does it happen?, am I in a report or on the DIS screen?

I don't call for every little thing. If there's something drastically wrong, I'll call, but if its only a little quirk or hiccup problem, I don't call because it usually works itself out sooner or later. If it turns out that it was a stupid thing on my part, I definitely apologize for wasting their time.

Now, Dictaphone support is a bit different. They were nice to deal with, but couldn't figure out a single problem with their own program!
