No, their pay is not low at all. They have a very generous incentive program and the account I'm on is fabulous. I couldn't be happier. I haven't been there long, but I've been there long enough to realize Transtech is a VERY good thing. Responsive leaders, good communication, and, one of the things I like best, the MT is left alone to do the work, no micromanaging, no IMs, etc.
This is JMHO, obviously, but judge for yourself by the gut feeling you get when dealing with their recruiter. She took at least 45 minutes with me on the phone going over everything about the account and answering every single question I had, from pay rate to insurance benefits.
I think they're among the top, if not THE top, as an employer.
