about us flooding the market. I notice the number of views the ads on the jobseekers board get...lots.

I have over 11 years experience, and have sent out tons of resumes, with nothing really panning out yet.

I have to get away from this company. My last check was over two weeks late, and I have yet to receive my tax information. :( However, Im really scared to leave if it is THIS difficult to find a position elsewhere. It seems like either work and don't get paid, or dont' work at all at this point.
