but the only way I finally got help was to page the supervisor of IT myself. My trainer told me to do that - otherwise, during off hours and weekends, I'd wait forever. SO, I tried exhausting every possible option, and after a day and a half with no response and not being able to work - I paged the supervisor, he fixed it and told me to page him any time that night if I had further problems. SO, try that.

Some people are posting they are leaving Transcend because of QA problems. Anyone know about this. - MQMT
