before I did QA for 10 years. I used to think the MTs cared and would welcome my feedback. The OP is correct, MTs are pretty much a thankless, very defensive bunch. (If you don't believe me, you haven't been reading this board very long!) The only MTs who learn from what we tell them are the ones who would have researched and found the answers themselves. Most other MTs are just too busy putting up their defenses to listen to what we tell them. I wish it were different...but the harsh truth is - it isn't!
