 I don't see how one can even consider themselves to be experienced enough to even be looking at doing QA with only 2 years of experience as an MT.  I've been in the business for almost 15 years and still learning.  When I think back when I had only 2 years of experience and I know that I was  barely MT material much less QA material.  Talk about putting the cart before the horse!  LOL
 
 This sort of situation is not the new MT's fault at all, however.  Instead, hiring inexperienced QAs and MTs speaks to company itself.  IMO, any company that would hire an MT w/only 2 years of experience to do QA cannot possibly be very reputable.
