This happened to our hospital as well. Have you transitioned yet? We are due in May. Really sad that companies don't value transcription and it seems the first place to do cost cutting. We were told doctors had no say in the matter when we asked about that. All I know is for 15 years I worked for this company and now will lose my seniority, benefits, etc, as after those 3 months Spheris can do whatever they wish with us. Sigh....

You apparently relish the idea of kicking others while they are down, telling yourself you are doing *them* a favor by kicking them, to make yourself feel better about yourself. Did your mother beat you while you were little? Did your father molest you? You are certainly insensitive to the hurts, pains, and feelings of others and you seem to relish in the fact that you can hurt them even further, and absolutely gloat about it while you do it.
