Invest in a pair of quality
earphones. I was having the same problem with the cheap headset that are 'bud'like. I went to walmart and paid $26.99 for a set of 'studio' headphones. Nearly any pair you see will fit into your computer or dictaphone.
You have to invest time in yoursself
I had to add my own words to the dictionary onboard after a clean copy of Baycribe was loaded in. You have to have reference books to make your dictionary correct and add words as you go.
Focus does not JUST offshore, they invest

millions of US dollars in building centers to employee MTs in India...  all it takes is a little research to verify it...


 


Company-provided computer does not have printer with it.
Help out with this situation?  Company's software is not compatible with Vista (my personal computer) yet, so I have no access to printer in order to print IM, if that is possible.  Further help?
I was told by the office to use my own printer and ink to print out
I guess I would have to foward it to my personal email and then print from there.  That printer ink is EXPENSIVE!  More than postage.  Why didn't they just mail everything to us???   Whose money are they using?   The MT's who keep them in business??
