Give the poor gal a break. If she is a SOON TO BE KS transcriptionist, maybe she can't afford to buy a fax machine right away. She didn't say in her post whether she was a newbie or experienced. Regardless....I don't have a fax machine and I have been doing transcription since 1990 and also have my own business. I have a scanner and I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I have used it. And just because an online fax says free, therre are always hidden charges. Remember....we were all in her shoes at one time or another.
