Oxymoron! My thoughts exactly!
Not sure if a lot of this thread has been deleted, which would explain your tone. You honestly didn't answer the OP's question. Are there reputable MT companies? I cracked on up on the oxymoron answer, as that was exactly what I was thinking!  My interpretation of reputable is different than your's.  I have tried many MTSOs the last few years, and most are not reputable in my understanding of the term in that they present one thing and deliver another.  I believe this is enabled by the online world we deal with. It seems easier to lie to us via the phone and email rather than a sit-down face-to-face interview.  I got the bait-and-switch pulled on me repeatedly with so many companies that I stayed put with MQ and am so thankful for having done so. Now, that's a scary reality for me, but definitely my experience.  Nothing to do with wants or needs, just not having multiple companies hold up their end of the deal.
Yeah I think saying IC with benefits is almost like an oxymoron...
No company benefits for ICs
"Integrity" and "MTSO".... isn't that an oxymoron?

voice recognition + decent pay = oxymoron.

I despise VR.
