In my last position, I was doing 300 lph without breaking a sweat. The company lost the account and I went on the job hunt. I ended up with a company that was a mix of clinic and acute care. I cannot make any money. The docs are terrible, the 'administrative' side takes more time than the actual transcribing, and I busted my rear end to make almost nothing yesterday. I need to get out of this career, too. I feel like I'm on the Titanic requesting songs from the band.
