I am amazed sometimes when I read your posts because it's as though I wrote them myself! I returned to this business and joined a company with the worst technology that I have ever used in my life. Dialing in, getting disconnected, busy signals, losing reports, cherry-picking, and a useless editing department. I always did 1700 lines per day with Spheris, too. Gosh I miss them..if only they would take me back. They have it ALL going on. The technology, the normals, the available resources, and an editing staff that could actually FILL IN MY BLANKS. They actually rewarded their MTs for working extra. I will never make it at my current company because they are lame and anti-productive. I make less now than I did 10 years ago. I hate it.
