I do not know of companies that hire part-time flexible IC. Undoubtedly they are out there, but you would need to do some research to find one that would meet your own needs. My non-MDI job is not IC, so I have to keep their hours, but since MDI is IC and the hours are flexible, I can kind of juggle between both jobs. I jump back and forth between both jobs as the work comes in. Sometimes it is tiring during the weekends, but that is what I have to do right now to keep us afloat. I know that this is a trying and discouraging time for all of us. I still do think that things will get better. They just have to. Meanwhile, good luck!
