Absolutely terrible to work for. Owner advertises for IC but treats you as an employee. She severely micromanages the account (tracks your line count during the day and will ask you to get off if you reach a certain number of lines, calls/emails EVERY day, strenuous QA). And if you quit, don't expect that last check.
