For this particular account you are referring to, there are 30- and 90-day reviews done on all the MTs.  Sure, if there are complaints from the facility, such as demographic errors, leaving in samples inside reports, major omissions (which happens often), etc, a random QA is done.  You'd be surprised at the type errors that are sent back, or maybe not if they were yours--even with the very easy dictators. Keystrokes has a 98% quality requirement, and if you do not meet that, then that means somewhere there is a patient with a legal medical record that is incorrect which could potentially impact a patiet's care.  As a patient myself, I would be appreciative of an MT who remembered that these reports reflected actual people, some very sick people, remembered that their work could cause either a positive or negative impact on my health.  No account is for everyone, as with any account, but we have a great team of MTs who love the platform, who can do the work, and there are many samples provided for the MT for most every report type you come across.  Certainly, if you fall way below the standard quality, (and those MTs do exist) no company has any other choice but to move you off an account or let you go.  It's not personal, just necessary.
