Their payscale is kooky - based on QA score, lines typed per hour, how much work you force through to QA. I was on the one big teaching facility account, and they were OK as far as dictators (most good, a few bad apples here and there - to be expected). I made my lines within my shift and they offer flexibility, which was nice.


But, like the other poster here said, they're training women in Trinidad (and some other country too) so that's where the work will be headed. I was there for a year and jumped ship once the training program for the other country was announced.
