I currently work for TRS and am very happy with the company. All the supervisors are great. I transcribe for a teaching hospital and have had no problems making my lines and more everyday. The pay scale is different, but it's up to you how much you want to make. I was hesitant about giving them a try but I'm very glad I did. They also provide the equipment at no charge, which for me was a plus.
