If you really cared about the patients you transcribe for and the quality of their documentation, you would not work for, thereby supporting, any company that sends those reports overseas.  You can spin it any way you like, but the bottom line is that you are supporting this; and then you have the nerve to come here and lecture all of us about our quality.  Seriously, you need to Get...Over...Your...Self!
