Get over yourself!  People are sick of these sleazy, offshoring MTSOs who only care about themselves.  Remember, there are human beings behind each one of these reports -- yes, actual people that are called patients!  Stop touting quality when you have people transcribing reports whose second, third or fourth language is English.
