As a new MT or as an MT looking for another position what you want to remember is every company has good points and bad points.  At every company you will find MTs who hate where they are and MTs who love where they are.  When I read these posts I often wonder why these MTs stay in jobs they hate, with people they hate, management they hate, work they hate.  Could it be that all of these companies are pretty close to being the same, with the same pay rates, voice recognition, work issues?  My suggestion would be to any MT that is unhappy where they are - move on.  When looking for a new company or asking about one no matter which one it is, I would not lose out on an opportunity because someone else had a bad experience.  You are only getting one side of the story on these forums anyway.  This goes for any company as far as I am concerned.
