I totally agree that your friend is much better off. I don't know how she made it through 4 years without witnessing their rudeness and other unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend DSG to anyone unless you like getting snotty emails and having your emails ignored.
I have often wondered who actually owns this company and wonder if he knows how rude and unprofessional the people are who oversee their business. DSG is the pits.
Please tell your friend to cheer up and get testing with other companies. There are so many companies out there that are so much better.
