Thank you for your support. You know the sad thing is she has been one of DSG's BIGGEST defenders for 4 years now, and then they go and treat her like this! I know she reads this board, so I am hoping that she sees she is not alone in the head games that they play. She feels pretty low right now. I would too after fiercely defending them for that long and then being treated like that! It just makes me very angry that some companies think this is okay:(
