You will work for the office that has the opening. For example, I live in the Midwest but work for an office in Oregon. I really like it, though. My office doesn't work weekends or holidays (you can if you want to). The people at the office are really nice and helpful. Tech support has been great, too. I just work days, so I haven't been bothered by the 24/7 thing. We have a deadline and as long as you meet your TAT, you can work when you want. I am currently working as an IC, so I can't speak for the benefits or anything. I would definitely give them a call or talk to them. Ask lots of questions.
