I don't know how long you have been an IC with them. Once the work starts slowing you will be the first to go. Tech support is ONLY M-F 8-5 and you are not allowed to contact them yourself. There are set schedules; you did NOT work when you want (at least employees don't). CMT certification is the future for being employed with them. No differential pay. No incentive pay/tier. $50 bonus if you pass quarterly QA. ExpressScribe/scribe platform (quite slow) and you fill in all the demos yourself (unpaid).
