MDI is a great place to work - I've been there about 4 years now, and this is the first time I've been low on work on any account. I think it's just that way throughout the industry now-  more and more companies want the cheap way to go just like the rest of the jobs that leave this country. MDI is flexible, the liaisons are great, and if you have problems, you can always email them or Dorothy. I've seen some of the gripe posts out there - all I can say is, these MT's who are complaining must only do one specific work type (i.e., clinic or oncology or cardiology) or don't have the gumption to contact their liaison or Dorothy to say hey what's up and I need something to do. Just my 2 cents worth. I am taking on a part-time job at present due to the low workload, but the Bayscribe platform is fantastik and I don't think you'll find anything easier to use. Good luck with the interview.
