Is MDI really that bad of a company to work for? I have seen mostly negative posts about them here. Do they offer the same benefits as Trascend....like production incentives, etc??? I always see job listings for them and have thought about applying but after reading through the posts, I am not so sure. I work on eScription now for MDI, great accounts, need help right now in a big way. I love it, and the money is good. I happen to work on 2nd shift and could use some team mates to help me out. If you like eScription, this is a great job.

I don't know about MDI-MD, but MDI-Florida is hiring and if you have Meditech experience, there is a $1000 sign-on bonus through March. Supposed to be good company.

For some reason, any info on them always gets deleted... and i have been watching for years and it's all bad.
I also worked for them... words cannot describe... it had a bad effect on me and I didn't deserve that. I work like a dog and am very conscientious always, my entire life. This was in the top 3 of worst work experiences of my life.
I have to ask which OSI? Florida? PA?
I work for OSi (Optiscript)in PA and it is great! The platform is great, compensation is very good as they pay incentive. Very nice people to work for, and good support.

The most eerie thing is that they have only 4 people listed as key players in their management team. One of the VP's quits and no one says anything about it?

Stay away, cheat with line counts, treat you like dirt. The worst account I ever had. No joke. Everything and anything is an improvement after that place. The trainer has an accent that will drive you insane. The recruiter is a total jerk who thinks up stupid contests and demeans you and she is lazy lazy lazy. If you ever call with a question she is like so annoyed. She hasn't had her sandwich or her coffee or she just woke up. Worst of all you make almost no money.

I have been with MedScribe in Florida
for almost one year now and they keep me in work. I know there are several Med-scribe's out there, but only one MedScribe and they are in Florida. I think the one I work for is the largest as they have many MTs and seem to add new hospital accounts quite often. Do your own research but I have been quite happy and quite busy. Happy New Year to everyone!

Does anyone know what happened to JLG and QT?? They were on the boards all the time, especially JLG recruiting and QT being crowed about. Have not seen a thing in a looong time.

Do you have a web address for the DSG in Florida?
I am unable to locate a Dictation Services Group out of Florida - on the internet. DSG has an ad posted on the job board. This is the DSG based in Atlanta. I can tell because of the email address they posted in the ad.
With that said, there is no excuse to ignoring emails. There are emails that I sent months ago to which I have received no reply.
Georgia and Florida
Hiring packet is from Georgia, but all papers filled out are mailed to Florida....so it is the same company
