can anyone tell me if you are not getting your lines in due to not enough work are you expected to get them in once and if work is available during pay periods? I am looking for a more flexibility which is what I was used to once upon a time. Too many ups and downs where I work and I know that can be a given anywhere. I just want to feel appreciated again even if its part time! TIA. :)
