I just left MQ for Keystrokes. I was only there for a year after being laid off from a very small local company. Everything started out great - my account was busy, my supervisor returned my emails almost immediately, then 7 weeks in ........ no return calls from supervisor or manager, no return emails, had an error in my paycheck payroll wouldn't call back - I finally sent a certified letter and they corrected the error. Then came the cesspool. Shortly after that my supervisor was fired, but I didn't even know it for almost a month, found out on this board actually. I sent my notice and went back to IC, then out of the blue I got a phone call from another supervisor asking me to work OT. We had a long talk and I agreed to return to MQ, they hadn't changed my status in the PC so she didn't even know I had left. The very first night I was asked to work OT there was no work and I have not had a full week since and we even made my schedule so it would supposably be the busiest time with the fewest people working. Anyway, I know that things aren't always greener on the other side and that's something I'm going to have to figure out on my own but I do know that I have to make some kind of a change and whether it's better or not only time will tell. Now, I have also heard that not all supervisors are like that.......good luck to you in whatever you decide
