I have to say that I too have been looking at other places for employment, was hired at MQ at the top end of the pay scale because I do OPS. Some seem a little better, may pay a little more, but no shift diff, or insurance is more, ect. When I do the math, I am better off staying put.

Well, seems to be TransTech is the now #1 company - for the moment.
