I love what I do. I've been at it for over 17 years now. I don't just see it as a job...it's a career. I love that I am helping patients by getting those reports out as quickly and accurately as possible. I always picture them as me or one of my loved ones, so I work hard to make sure the doctors have those reports so that treatment can begin ASAP. It does get monotonous at times, but so does any job. You just have to understand that you are part of the patient's treatment process and what you do makes an impact on their healthcare/lives.
