about less ESL in the midwest....because when the Mariel boatlift happened in Miami in May of 1980........they dispersed, all 125,000 of them and many Cuban folks headed straight to Kansas - the middle of the country.  In 25 years, these same folks have had kids and grandkids and the midwest- a.k.a. as the BREADBASKET of the USA - is now loaded with ESL people and not just Cuban.

I know that when Hurricane Andrew happened to south Florida in August of 1992- and all those homes of Spanish people were destroyed in Kendall and South Miami, most of them went up to North Carolina........and again, these people have had babies since then - and where I live, we have to deal with Russian and Brazilian and Middle Eastern ESL MD dictators.

To the poster who said American MDs can be far worse dictators, I agree wholeheartedly.  Many of them forget there is a human listening to them....they just stop thinking after turning on their dictating equipment and think the dictating equipment types out the reports *hahahahahahahaha*

Idiots.........most of them.  *LOL*

Good luck in whatever you choose

Thanks, Michele...
I may contact the recruiter and see what they have available.  Hate to think about testing again and learning new platform, but if it sounds like it's worth it, then I'll try to find the time and energy to get 'er done.
