a horrible dictator for a 20-minute report, and another job was stuck in their next queue position while they were stuck on one report. So maybe they didn't even know what that next report was, but after the bad report, they had to end their day or stop for lunch. You can't tell much about any job except the one you can get to, so who can pick and choose? I think it's a good system except that assigned jobs don't stay at the top where you can get them, another jobs jump in ahead. Makes no sense to me.
