You can't just read one post and decide you know all the facts. We rarely get "overtime". As I stated earlier, if extra help is needed, it is usually by INCENTIVE. Do you know what that is? Guess I better explain so you don't read into that too. Getting paid extra for what you type. Not how many hours you worked.

Guess you didn't take the time to read everything. Overtime is a generic word, which is how I was using it. If OT is worked, I do make sure I work my 40 and everything over that is OT.
