No, I don't think you know who it is since you

The whole reason I posted this in the first place is exactly because of what you just posted.   I am not the person that worked there, left, was rehired, and left again.

I worked there for almost 4 years with no raise because of Transcend changing policy at whim and worked on accounts that no one else would work on because they were so tedious or heavy ESL.  Yet, I was making 2 or 3 cpl LESS than some of the new hires with less experience because Transcend was so desperate for employees that they'd offer anything to get them in the door.  I was working on difficult accounts from almost day 1 of go-live, setting up samples and helping others with the difficult dictators, and yet new hires were offered incentive compensation for working the same account.  Incentive that was not given to the transcriptionists pioneering that account.

I simply posted my views about that and was called a troublemaker.  That was exactly my point in posting this time.  When I left 7 months ago, I posted here and on the company site about what happened.  I was told by the company cheerleaders that the whole reason I was leaving was because I wasn't good enough to work at Transcend (after almost 4 years and the most difficult accounts - go figure).  Yet 7 months later I'm making more money than I did at Transcend in almost 4 years.  I was told by posters like you that I would be begging to get my job back after a few months because people had left Transcend and found that Transcend was the best place to work.  Yet every single thing I said was accurate because 7 months after I was gone (the person supposedly causing the trouble at Transcend) there is still upheaval and discord at Transcend.  It's not me and it's not those who left before or after me.  It is Transcend policy and the way Transcend treats the majority of its employees.

I have said it before and I'll say it again.  There were always management favorites who received preferential treatment or those who defended Transcend out of [fill in the blank - being new and unfamiliar with Transcend's tactics, fear of change, fear of job hunting again, fear of finding something worse].  Of course, they would think Transcend was the best thing since sliced bread and cheer the loudest, demeaning or slandering anyone who dares speak against them.   It's easier to make a scapegoat out of someone speaking against Transcend than it is to admit to putting up with it out of fear or preferential treatment.  I can't fault those speaking out and being new there.  They haven't experienced it yet.  During the time I worked for Transcend, I stayed behind the scenes and kept my mouth shut about company policy for years.  I was one of those people who wanted to give Transcend the benefit of the doubt, give them my loyalty when people were walking out right and left because they promised change for the better.  I wasn't a troublemaker and didn't make waves until I walked out the door because those promises they made were nothing more than telling us what we wanted to hear at the time to accomplish what they wanted to accomplish, doing so at the expense of the employees and their families facing bankruptcy.  So, for you to say you know who it is because I was a troublemaker while I was there, you'd be just as wrong as you are about Transcend being a good place to work.
