No you are WAY too overqualified

I promise you will hate OSI. They promote their buddies who are not qualified. They put people in QA who are just out of MT school who then write you up for things that you had right in the first place. Very screwed up QA department. The supervisors are all buddies of the owners and most of them don't have a lot of MT experience but what takes the cake is the QA department that is full of new MTs and a department director who was promoted because she was too inexperienced and unqualified to do editing herself. Then they constantly send out threatening emails that they will put the whole team on 100% QA if they get another error. You are WAY too overqualified. Leave OSi to the newbies who don't know any better than to be treated like they are about 2 years old. Please don't make the mistake of going to work for them. It will just be a waste of time and energy.

Maybe they thought you were overqualified
They have different offices, and maybe they are all different, but I can tell you the pay is not very good, at least in my office, with no real incentives, and the platform is not very good either. And the benefits aren't very good either.
Well, then, there's the problem! and we're all overqualified. NM
think?
perhaps these lower 7cpl jobs feel you are overqualified. These (sm)
are usually newbie positions.
