I have been trancribing since 1993. First started with family practice notes. I have worked for a local hospital for the last 7 years, did emergency room for 2, then a family practice for 2 and since then have done anything from miscellaneous to stat and priority dictations to include history and physicals, discharge summaries, operative notes, consults, physical and occupational therapies.
