In Reply to: Does OSi do a phone test? - nervous

I've noticed a distinct bias against OSi on this board, so I wanted to voice a positive opinion. I've been with OSI for a year, and they have been great. My account is VA, and the only times it gets slow is on national holidays. The account I'm on is so easy that the lines are easily made up on those occasions without extra hours. The phone interview is not a test, just a friendly chat. My pay is $.09 a line with ops, which was pretty good for someone new to the work, and there is holiday pay of $.14 a line. I actually started in the mentoring progam, and was advanced to full time very quickly, though others take a good bit longer. I have been very happy with them. There are accounts that are more difficult than my main account, but certainly that is true across the board these days. As far as outsourcing to India goes, I am not personally aware of it, and I had to go through a full government worker background check to work on a VA account, so I doubt that they are sending anything in those accounts to India. Just a different viewpoint for you.
