When I signed on they did say that the starting rate on clinic notes (basic) was .07 a line, so I was pleasantly surprised when my account base rate was more. I think it just depends on what account they are hiring for at a given time. I just want people to know that as far as my experience has gone it has been very positive. I enjoyed the mentoring program, and it was a good transition for someone starting out. You're probably right about your offer being low for 10 years experience, but it was probably just the rate for the account they had available.
