I've been typing for OSi for about 3 years. I love my account, have plenty of work, they pay well, and I get pay raises and increases in paid time off on a regular schedule. They just added an increase there of floating holidays to add to the basic PTO on your hire anniversary. The health insurance runs a bit high, compared to some other places, but is pretty good. I'd say middle of the road compared to other nationals. (They offer Aetna.) There are a few difficult accounts, though, so I don't know about how I'd feel on another account.
