That was me before, but I see another MNMT on the boards sometimes. I am not in management. In fact, I would run like the wind to stay out of management anywhere, having done that in my previous career. My husband and I both do transcription. He has tried several nationals in the last few years, including OSI, which he left in hopes of greener pastures. He is no happier where he is, and it has allowed me to see how other nationals are reimbursed and what kinds of benefits they have. Trust me on this, even if there are many who have had bad experiences at OSI, I myself have been very happy there for the last 3 years, and hope to stay there.
