I wouldn't say I'm making more money but am MUCH happier. Sometimes happiness is better than money. I myself couldn't take it there (everything eventually is going to ASR at the Q) and left, taking a bit of a cut in pay, however, working M-F with no phone calls, I am left alone, and the people are wonderful. Please don't ask me to share the name as I worry about overhiring like the Q did. It was a hard decision to lose some money but believe me the stress is COMPLETELY gone and that is worth it. Good luck.....You will leave when you are ready.
