Thanks for for the advice everybody!  I've been with MQ for 7 years, and it is really scary to think about leaving. 

I've already started sending resumes.  I'll probably work flex part-time for MQ while working for another company in the beginning.

I think it would be so nice to log on and know I'm going to be typing on my primary account everyday.  I really wouldn't mind ASR so much if it was better than it is.  I'm so tired after editing ASR, much more than I would be typing the reports!
