Out for me in QA

I work for a client where it seems like the QA is out for me. I have never had any issues with my QA and have always been above 98%. I had a QA where I questioned something according to the BOS and I was correct so they had to fix my QA. Now it seems like QA is picking at everything I do right down to my commas. They tell me if I continue to have the negative feedback from QA I will be written up and possibly terminated. Do I stick it out and keep proving myself right or is this a lost cause at this point because QA will gang up on my and I'll end up being fired. Stay or go, what would you do
