PLEASE NO MORE ABOUT OSI

I am a military wife and stopped working at OSI last year, things may have changed but for the time I was there I found this out. This should cover it all.

CONS

1. They definately offshore their clinic accounts.
2. They ask you to work off the clock and not record your hours.
3. They promote from within and I mean within.
4. QA is inconsistent because it is a revolving door.
5. They don't provide sick leave only paid time off if you ask for it two weeks in advance.

But.......
1. You usually get paid on time.
2. I never ran out of work on my account and if I did I could work on another one.

3. My account coordinator was easy to work with.

Bottom line is I am interested only in my pay so what ever they do I honestly honestly don't care about.  No place is perfect. I worked, I got paid, so whatever. 

JUST LET IT GO OKAY!!!
