I don't care much about line rates, I care about the bottom line (paycheck). Doesn't matter if you make 50 cpl and have no work, you're going to make 0 dollars. I made 9.5 cpl at MQ and was told I had "topped out". I make 8.5 now and make way more on the bottom line than I made at MQ even when they had plenty of work.
