Now just that comment about strict QA scares me. I've been at companies where the QA were nightmarish and stressed me out. I don't mind the positive feedback you get when you ask for it. I'm talking about superior attitudes and dinging for everything. The company I'm with now never bothers me, which I love. I'm just going to pray the work picks up and I don't have to leave at all.
