QAs are just like MTs. There are good ones and not so good ones. We're all so pressured to meet turn-around time now. That is so important. Feedback to MTs suffers as a result of this. One must remember, QA costs the company $. QA is often told not to give feedback to the MT if turnaround time suffers because of it. So sad, but is a fact of life these days. Might as well just get used to it. It is not going to go away.
