i had 3.5 years experience by the time i started with them. when i have a question, it was usually the lead MT that responded (she was good and quick). altogether, i think i had maybe 4 other different editors and they were all different so it looked like i wasnt gonna get off being monitored any time soon. after 1 month, i left. good luck to you cuz i had- had enough too.
