No, you do not have to keep checking. You get your doctor's work all in one file and the file size is what it is and that is it. You do it and send it back in the allowed time frame. Very flexible for that matter. The pay is low though, I dont know how you feel about that. Was 6-8 cpl and probably still is based on previous posts I have read. There are no raises, very small company, not a national. Depends if you value flexibility or money more. Minutes of dictation I meant was for example, one doctor I had was 60 minutes of dictation every 2 days. Everyone takes a different amount of hours to do this so its hard to say how long it would take you.
