I agree with you 100%. This industry will never change until we demand better treatment. This is not a career for average Joes and we should not be treated as such. This poster hit the mark with her comments. Even people who start at entry level have a long way to go, but are still working their asses off to get there. Most of the people doing this kind of work love it and respect it, but it is a very challening field and not for the meek, as I am finding out.
